four wheeling banned in us?

hmm nothing is closed here in north dakota,

i hope the dakotas stay as such too. though theres area that are forbidden to traffic iirc outside of the bakken shale field.

some of the comments here are disappointing. perception is definitely skewed the wrong way.

theres no reason to give up access.

whether it looks like ass or not. when people use shit it gets dirty and fawked up.

worst thing is a freeway.

the watershed issues with tellico are legitimate to a point, but if you truly enjoy freedom, not to the stance taken with the evidence provided. it is a huge president-setting loss.

theres more to those wagon ruts then whats visible too. likely wasnt even soil on these areas at the time. we bog the fawk out of fields all over the world to not even be able to tell there was any activity just a year later in many cases...let alone 5. but thats just it, situations have to be dealt with individually.

i am a people first person, so view will always be the seperator, and view(perception)is ground into us from day one.

I forget exactly but it does take several hundred years for one inch of topsoil to develop, and it won't develop at all if there no plant life to die on it or deer to crap on it.

Only the top few feet of soil will grow anything, below that is just filler.

You can bury a tractor or truck in a field, drag it out, smooth it up and plant it... and it will take several years for it match the rest of the field. The grounds consistancy is messed up.

You don't care about soil erosion? I bet the guy that is trying to fish on public land does.

Soil erosion IS a big deal. Ask all the guys that didn't care and now their best farmground is in the Missisippi delta.

mmmmm everything is goin the way of new jersey haha. havent had an offroad park there for years
