OK Ford technicians and technician-shaped objects, I'm in search of a way to get ahold of any and all technical service bulletins for my 2011 F350. This piece of sh*t is two steps away from the crusher (no, I will not sell it, I'm either running until I kill it, or until the crusher does).
The next step in my quest to murder the crap out of this thing is to drop a five star tuner on it and see if it makes it into any less of a piece of sh*t, or just flat-out breaks it until I can't bring anything else on it.
I'm almost positive this thing hasn't been to a dealer since built, and I am positive it has not been to a dealer since May of 2013, since it had been off the road and in storage since then.
In order to get a tuner on it, I have to have all of the appropriate software updates made. Fortunately for me, my local Ford dealership is a deep, dark chasm rife with unwashed assh*les of human beings.
I've been told by them that they will not hand over any tsb's on this thing, nor will they "just update software" without paying for other repairs.
Curious if someone out there knows of a way I can get the the entire stack of technical service bulletins on this thing from day one. Or if someone would be willing to grab them, I can post or PM you the VIN number.
Oh, and if anyone is curious as to a status update on this bloated carcass of a truck, it's new trick is either forgetting to shift in the middle of an intersection, or randomly switching between getting 9 or 17 miles per gallon. No middle ground on that one.
Also, if anyone has a spare 1978 or 1979 F250 supercab laying around, PM me some details. I need a new work truck.
