Ford Ranger Grille Guard compatible w/ B-Series?

I know the B-Series is very similar to the Ford Ranger, however I'm not sure.
Would a 1999 Ford ranger Grille Guard be compatible with a 1999 Mazda B3000?

It's been awhile since this thread has been used, but I will go ahead and reply for future reference. I believe a grille guard designed for a certain model Ranger will fit the compatible style of Mazda truck. I put a bull bar on my 98 Mazda that was designed for a Ranger and it fit perfectly with no fabrication required at all. The plastic valence under the front bumper was a very tight fit, however. I think the most modification that would be required, although unlikely, would be to slightly cut or remove the front valence under the front bumper.

Thank you for your reply. I was still looking at the guards I was taking my time to find something good vs just slap something on.. I'm actually now looking at bull bars because I feel Grille Guards are just too bulky. Bull Bars are much nicer for what I want to do imho, I was just looking to put some KCs on it and provide front end protection.
