I have a lead on some black 2005 ford escape leather seats. My questions are, will these be a direct bolt in or some fab work. And are these seats hard as a rock like most new suv's? or are they comfy?

Just wondering, thanks

You will have to put the seats on your stock seat tracks.

Thanks, one question about that, will that make me loose the ability to have the seats power as my tracks are manual.

Arent those seats riveted to the tracks? I found a set from an 01 escape, already unbolted and ready to go.....then I noticed that it was an escape (front and rear missing, so i thought it was an explorer) and I beleive the tracks were riveted to the seats.

remove your floor mounts from your old seat's Grind the rivets off, Remove the floor mount from your replacement seats, the same way.

Install your floor mounts on the new seats. install into truck! Just did mine about a week ago!
