FM146 transmission rebuild

Has anyone ever rebuilt a FM146 tranny?
If you have I need to know everything. Any manual or repair guide for this transmission? Do I need any special tools? How long will it take? Any expertise will help greatly.

You will need to acquire several hundred dollars of special tools that were rare enough 25 years ago when they were still in production.

Most of them are completely necessary just to take the trans apart, let alone put it back together correctly.
