I have an 86 Bronco II that I did a 4.0 swap on. My blower motor hasn't worked since and I finally got around to sorting that out. I see the first gens don't have a relay for the blower and all of my factory plugs are still connected. However, I don't have power at the dash fuse for the ac/heat or the motor. I do have a fusible link coming off what looks like the blower harness (part of the chassis wiring that I didn't add) that isn't connected to anything. Do the first gens use a fusible link to provide power to the fuse and then to the blower motor itself? If so, I suppose I could wire it either to the starter relay or the power distribution box.

You ARE doing your testing with the key in the "run" position, right? just using the electrical diagrams in the tech articles on this site, it appears that power to those 2 fuses comes through the run position of the key switch. If power isn't present there, you should have other problems.
