Good to here a company did the correct thing. I stay away from firestone as a whole after that no oil after oil changes fiasco they had a couple years back in Houston.

Ya it didn't feel too different after the lift but it does feel better now that its been alligned.
Never heard about that oil change deal. did they forget to add new oil after draining and installing a new filter?
