Factory F-series coil spacers?

I have a 2.5" Rancho coils, so can I achieve 4 inch lift with this spacers?

If yes, where I can get them?

Not without installing some drop brackets first, otherwise you won't be able to align it.

Yes I forgot to tell it. The truck actually has all the drop brackets, pitman and aligment bushings.

Chances are good you'll be fine with the spacers.
