F-250 Dana 44???

I picked up a dana 44 out of a 79 F-250 totally complete it even has leaf springs and tires and wheels. my question is how had is it going to be to swap it into my 88 ranger? i wanna use the leaf spring just becuase i have them and im trying to save a little money. another question i had was can i put on a high steer kit and where can i get one or what do i have to do to install one? the knuckles are flat top. and if i cant do this what other ways are there to set up my steering? the truck is going to be strickly offroad only so im not worried about road manners. any info will help thanks

thanks, i think have have read everything on the tech library i can and mounting the axle isnt really my main problem thats pretty easy make some mounts and bolt it up. its figuring out the steering?

im planning a sas with that same exact axle and so far im planning on a crossover using high steer arms but you could set it up multiple ways especially since your running front leafs. search the web for stuff and check out these links.

im sure i will change the leafs eventually but i got them so thats what im gonna use for now
