explorer bumper and bracets on ranger?

I am thinking about buying this bumper for my 94 ranger
http://bluelakeoffroad.com/pinnacle/index.php?p=product&id=169&parent=10. It says that it fits a 91 explorer. Does a 91 explorer bumper and bracets fit on a 94 ranger? Has anyone does this ? Do they bolt up?

Says right there, fits 98-09 rangers and 91-94 explorers.

They make one for 83-97 rangers. Why not just buy that?

I would just go with what they say for applications.

They have trucks thrown together that are very different so they must have their own mount design.

The front end of a 91-94 Explorer has a lot more in common with a 89-92 Ranger than a '93+...
