2008 ranger 4x4 exhaust lasted to 135k but it's getting bad now. Who makes a system that will fit good and last more than a couple years ?

Find a local place to fab you one out of stainless. Shouldn't cost you much more than a grand (if that) and it'll outlast the truck 10x over.

Yup, stainless is what you get if you want an exhaust to last. Stainless exhaust can still rust, because the most rust resistant flavors don’t bend or weld particularly nicely. But it doesn’t really rust out.

I have the JBA.

No performance improvement.

Looks nice tho.

I'm a bit late to the show...

But I bought a MBRP stainless system. Not polished. Nice stuff... fit perfectly... everything was in the box. I did have to buy a convertor repair flange. Sounds good... a little rumble... no drone. Wish I would have just did the tailpipe opposed to the dump. They sell it separately and I may upgrade.

On sale it wasn't the cheapest... but I feel it's solid stuff.

Factory exhaust on my 98 is 28 years old and 209,000 miles. Is missing the muffler though. Had a shop whack it off and put dual side pipes on back in 2007 or so. Yes, I keep it polished. When the exhaust is actually a part of the appearance, a rusty exhaust looks like caca dodo.
