i dont think sounding like a rice rocket is an opinion. some people like the way rice rockets sound...so that is their opinion. but that doesnt change the fact that it sounds like a rice rocket.

My magnaflow is annoying as hell. Never heard a riceyer ranger in my life. Bad resonance. Very annoying on the highway(or off the highway driving fast). I'm gonna get a decent quiet muffler now.

Sorry WS, I think you need your ears checked, the Subi flat 4 doesn't sound anything like I4s.

That and the 2.5L is a big 4 cylinder. It really throws out a nice note.

okay im wanting a new exhaust. i was thinking the flow master 40 series for 4.0. but now not sure.my plan was to run a single in and duel out. i want something that sounds good and has a nice rumble, but at the same time not bug the sh*t out of me.

There are no advantages to removing the cat converter. you will not improve your sound, you will not gain horsepower, and you will not gain mileage.

I have to disagree. 1:The cat was either clogged or junk on my friends F-250 so we gutted it. 2: It ran much better. 3: It got better mileage. 4: The sound improved on it with a cherry bomb.

I realize this is completely Illegal, and I really don't care.

your comparing a clogged converter to a functional one. any device can fail and when/if it does it should be replaced. a properly functioning cat is not costing you any power or economy.
