Rough Country vs Superlift

Just wondering the main differences in the Rough Country and Superlift kits available ford rangers. I think after i get one I’ll probably eventually do a coil-over conversion. I can see the obvious price difference but is there a clear advantage to either one. I’ve been reading some threads about them and haven’t found a solid answer.

They're pretty similar except that the Rough Country is 5-inch and the Superlift is 4-inch.
