eBay Cylinder Head Replacements?

Has anyone replaced their heads with ones from eBay, I believe they are from Enginetech, only $300 for both heads, seems a little too good to be true. Any suggestions on where to order heads from will be very helpful as well.

These people used to be on ebay, they are where I got my 2.9 heads from. Worked fine no problems. I am not sure if they are still on ebay or not, but looks like they do have 3.0 heads.
