i have a 91 ranger, i just put new door hinge pins and bushings in it due to the other ones having alot of play. the door wasn't lined up well to begin with. Wide gap at the top and close at the bottom, on the rocker panel side the front gap was close and the rear of the door gap was wide. i have noticed that the lower hinge is not sitting flat on the door, it is like it has a cup in it (the ears that bolt to the door). the passenger side is not like this it sits flush up against the door. i have tried to get the gaps close to each other but then the top of the door hits the cab, has anyone had this problem. i dont know if it is the hinge that is throwing me off or the door is sprung in at the top. I dont know.:dunno::annoyed:
