Dome Light On

Problem with light illuminated while driving with "Door Ajar" light not lit. What to do to get dome light out because it is safety hazard at night?

Did you try Mac's suggestion there with the WD40?

I did not see Mac's suggestion. My next solution is to remove the bubs as soon as I figure how to remove dome cover.

Um, yes the removing the cover problem...we had that too...found it online someplace...and...unfortunately I forgot what if any trick there was.

I attempted the WD-40 remedy and the result is negative. I used about 3 oz from a six ounce can so I had fluid dripping around the doors.
