Does Motorcraft rebox parts?

I bought some tune up parts from Rockauto for my: 150k mile 1994 E150 high top when the ICM failed.

The Motorcraft boxed ICM has a Ford P/N on it, but no raised Motorcraft logo on it. The metal heatsink and the plastic housing looks different than the original, but seems like decent quality. The box is dated Nov 2022 and marked: Majority content made in USA.

The Duralast/Wells heat paste is made in USA.

The rotor is in a Ford marked bag that is the same date range and the same Majority content made in USA. The rotor looks identical and has the raised Motorcraft logo on it.

The Motorcraft boxed coil is dated Aug 2022 and is made in Poland. The coil only has a Ford part number sticker on it. I might return that as I'm not sure if I need it for the price I paid.

Plugs ( Japanese ) and wires ( USA and Mexico ) are NGK, as I'd rather have those than OEM.

The cap is Motocraft boxed with a Jan 2022 date and is made in Mexico. No Ford part number or Motorcraft markings. Just a number 1 on top and a #2 and a ( H ) marking on the inside. Online I've found pics of Motorcaft caps both with and without the Motorcraft logo, like my original one has.

Any ideas if the cap has been reboxed? I can get the exact looking cap for $4 less.

I try to stick with OEM parts or high quality aftermarket ones from trusted brands like GMB, NGK, etc

I recall a YouTube video popping up in my feed about how there are a lot of counterfeit boxed Motorcraft parts out there.

I bet they do some reboxing, especially for older stuff.

fordtechmakuloco has a video on determining which are real and which are fake, but apparently there is a lot of counterfeit Motorcraft stuff out there.
