Must be about...let's see...1982 or so was the last time I actually watched that...used to be on Channel 17 (the one with the fund raising campaign every hour or so)...and I did actually watch a few episodes in the early 70s but I could never figure out WTF was going on...

"I bring you 4 hundred million light years across the galaxy and you want to check your Twitter???!!!" got a good laugh last time I caught a Dr. Who preview on PBS. Haven't watched it in years, but my college-aged daughter won't miss it.

no i didnt get it. i was hopeing that billie piper would have more of a role. but it was still good. i am hopeing that david tennant be on future shows!!

Not a true Whovian so don't know about the prize, but do watch the show more often than not.

Mostly ridiculous stuff. An inflatable walk-in TARDIS, a Tardis tent, a few other weird things.

I still registered myself and my wife.

Seeing the hype for the 50th anniversary made me realize how big the series is! Its good stuff.
