So I have decided to go with a divorced transfer case setup on my 4x4 conversion, just for ease of keeping my stock transmission with low miles.
I know I will need to fab a crossmemeber for the transfer case.I will also need a new front and rear driveshaft, and a small driveshaft of somesort between the transmission tailshaft and the transfer case input hole.

Any suggestions where I might find the small shaft used to connect the transmission and the transfer case, or will I have to fabricate something?

Last, is there any thing that I am leaving out in my plans, or do I seem to be going in the right direction?

Thanks

Don't forget you will need some sort of shift linkage routed into the cab. :D

You could probably take the divorced case's intermediate shaft and your existing rear drive shaft to the drive train shop and have them make one that mates your trans to the div tcase. Unless your a fab guy, then it's up to you how to proceed. :D
