Nice...If you go to break a bead and can't, let the jack down after you separate the tire from the rim (as much as you can in that spot) and turn the tire 1/4 turn and jack on it again...That works better than swinging a tire hammer while having the jack on it :icon_thumby:

Also re mounted my CB antenna since it just about got ripped off.

You might suffer some range lost, and high swr's, if your lid is like mine and fiberglass, your not going to have a good ground plane.

you might have to run a ground wire to the base of the mount to help

i would have mounted it to the swing out tire mount.

It doesn't matter what surface or where it is mounted, it is always a very good idea to run a ground wire to the mount :icon_thumby:

It was. The part where the pipe gets thinner. The rest was too thick. I tried to weld a piece on it too and it wouldn't stick. Must be aluminum or something. Any way here is where it used to be. It just about got ripped off on a tree.

i love that rear bumper.... lol

It does the job. Not as satisfied with it as I am with the front though. I built the front on the truck, but I built the rear, then tried to put it on the truck.

hey dude, is your drag link just flipped around and a longer arm connecting that to the drivers side beam? if so thats genius? did it bolt right up after switching around if thats what you done?

Yep. The pass side is flipped, then installed the long beam off an XJ.

that is awesome. bolted right back in place?

Yeah. The XJ tie rods are a hair smaller. I had to put 2 nuts on them to get them tight.

Had fun yesterday at Turkey Bay. Unfortunately my passenger brake line started rubbing the tire on the trip home. Eventally wore a hole in the line and I lost my brakes. Not fun. I made it safely to a stop had to bypass the line to the passenger side so I could get home.

Then when I got home my computer crashed while uploading pics. Going to try to fix it tonight and have some pics up soon.

Thats why I decided to not use extended brake lines but go with a setup that runs along my longarms and out of the way of my tires and coils. With my brake line setup, my front could swing all the way under my truck and touch my rear end and I would still have front brakes.

Here are some pics from this past weekend.
