disciplerocks's B2 build thread

i ran my F-150 coils in this truck and the mazda. they are the deaver super-flex coils so they are suposed softer than factory. i think they are a little stiff but everyone that ride's in my truck loves the way it rides and handles. i know i'm a little heavier than you right now but i think the mazda was very similar to the DWB B2

Holy Shit! :shok:
If ya check his posts 10:58 am pic of axle with springs under truck. 2:35 pm & it's sitting on the 44 & looks complete. That's 2 hrs 40 minutes. :icon_surprised:
Did you breathe? :icon_confused: :icon_confused:
I bet you need a couple of  !

You totting 2 different spares now?

No spares at the moment. And it really did take all day. Even after it was on all fours again, thats when all the tedious stuff came in. Shocks, brakes, steering, front shaft, swapping coils....

I was lucky that my TTB steering setup worked perfectly for the drag link and trac bar.

so handy! so now that its sas'd you think your sticking with 35s or going for those 38s

Need to sell some crap, then invest in an Aussie and keep an eye out for some rubber. Probably stay in the 35-37 range depending on what I find.

Sweeet bro! Awesome work!

how does the stability feel being wider?

I have to say just stick with the 35's, they match the gearing you now have in the axles.

Have you confirmed that the front gears match the rears?

Time for an avatar picture change too.

I check gearing before pulling the axle. And I like my avatar. Ill stick with it until I get a good pic with the 44.
