dang Dustin. was it a bolt in swap???? lol

Damn near. The only trouble I've had was the RA extension brackets. Had them welded to my frame and my angle grinder quit on me this morning. So I had to wait for the sawzall to charge.

There's a lot thats just temporary too. To make it drivable, but want to adjust/beef up before wheeling.

damn Dustin, that was fast.

looks good BTW

Not done. Brakes, shocks, drag link, diff cover, and I am probably going to swap springs. The XJ coils are too tall now. Probably rock the stock F150 coils and see where that gets me for now.

i often question why we build these trucks to push thru the mud, rocks, dust, water, snow and everything else. it would be much easier to build a street truck where your are less likely to damage stuff due to "obstacles" and then it would be alot easier to get it in and out of my garage. downfall would be i would have to jack it up to do things like u-joints and fluid changes. there is something about sitting under the truck with plenty of headroom thats nice

Kroussin- that's exactly why mine keeps getting bigger tires! Original plan was to do 33's max now making plans for 44 ttb and 37's.

i'm past the 37's and onto the 38.5's might go back to 37's in the future tho

why not just cut down those coils until you get the hight you like? i get the feeling the f150 coils are gonna be too stiff for your liking. i know those jeep coils flex great we are using them on a buddies sas'd mazda in the stock hight and they still have tons of travel

I have another set of XJ coils that have been cut. Might try those too. The F150 coils weren't going to be permanent, just to get me at the right height until I find what I need.
