Damn that is a sexy ass trac bar bracket, it does make mine seem tiny lol

If I had all the tools, I would have made my own. But I have learned that there are some parts that I will leave professionally made when tools to make them are limited.

As soon as it warms out today I will be mocking up everything.

Thought it would take longer then a day to do, even aren't a few hours not working on it, and got it done.

Mobbed up and ready to burn everything in.

Burned in

Only paint I had was silver.

And all done but the truck wouldn't start so it's on the battery charger for the night.

**** yeah bud!

The mount flexes but I'm going to make a brace from the engine cross member to it. Also got the windshield wiper bushing fixed, 10 minute job.

That would be a good idea! I did mine that way too.
Sweet! It's always nice to have a easy fix for stuff.

Also need to get a new ignition module, it doesn't like to start unless it has a fully charged battery or hooked to another vehicle.

Oh that's no good. I went with a hei dist for simplicity sakes

Good day of wheeling today. I broke a cv joint shaft but it's time to do am overhaul on the d30 anyways. Other then that, everything held up nice but I need to get the ignition module replaced still, gave me an issue once.

Lookin good, it ain't a wheeling trip unless Ya break something lol

Have a jeep buddy that is going to help change the ball joints and install ujoint axles. He normally charges $150 for labor but with me helping out well only be $100. Parts total will be around $180. I would be spending easily $100 in tools to do it myself and I've never changed ball joints and he has all the tools to do everything. The second half of the day I was riding with a guy abs his jeep gets worked on by the guy going to do mine and had zero issues so I'm confident in his work.

Right now the truck sits quietly in the garage but will start her up tomorrow.

For those that have my Facebook, check out my album "Badlands 2015" for more pictures and links to YouTube for videos.

Nice, ball joints are a pain, but they get easier to do once you mess with them a few times haha
