mine were 3/4 or 13/16 depending on what style i get.

well. i can say my truck was always a daily driver, and the reason i always used efi. these new efi setups can be awesome, or a trainwreck....by far mostly awesome though.

and for when i wanted to get crazy off road...i really really needed efi, because my favorite places to go carbs were an absolute joke. sure they would run sort of....

sort of.

the system your going to i am not so sure of, as i have seen or rather been hearing of issues here with it locally. fi tech right? and back order being par for issues. one car is sitting in grayling after it quit, and another run great for a week and quit. its been back and forth several times and they went back to a carb for now. the pumps work good but the computers seemed to have croaked, one was on a passthru and the laptop fawked up and the other just went black going down the road.

theres others and no issues at all. and when they work, they all work awesome. i am guessing that there was bad potting and corrosion or something.... nice thing is, for the money, you can just carry a spare.

i thought these would drive down the costs of the eec stuff but it hasnt yet, so i guess your winning either way.

all things shake out in the end generally i guess.

When offroading with my carb it did good but when you got on steep angles, got to bouncing, etc...it didn't like it at all.

FiTech is made here in America. It's on back order because of the demand for it. The next cheapest brand will set you back a cool $1600 and it doesn't have all the options this has i.e. your choice of return/return less fuel setup at anytime you want.

I found out about this company on Facebook a few weeks ago from a summit racing add. I thought it was fresh on the market and turns out it has been out since last year :annoyed: so after some research ,,many many YouTube videos of it and the unbeatable price I'm going to take a chance on it.

Many of the guys in "v8 ranger swap group" on Facebook can't wait to see my review on it.

Factory lug nuts were 3/4" which is the same as 19mm. (3/4" is like 18.75mm)

21mm and 13/16" are pretty much the same.

7/8" is 22mm.

I have seen all three hex sizes made in the 1/2x20 threads used on Ranger wheel studs.

I'll see if I can find my 13/16. 20mm was just a cunt hair to small and 21mm was a bit loser then I want when torquing on things.

In other news....I've been a dad for 3 years today. So much to do before my little girls bday party tomorrow.

Congratulations Bryan!

Well motivation kicked in today. Got my ujoint axles in and news rotors, thanks to me winning the PM give away and got a $50 rock auto gift certificate, along with new pads.

Note the double cracked pad.

There's my problem!

Shiny new stuff!

These are sights for my sore eyes.

Ordered an ignition module and to wait for it and the efi setup to arrive.

Looking good bud!
