Cut & turned ttb

I have a couple questions about the ttb front suspension after there cut and turned. But my question is do they handle alot better after there cut and turned? And how much work is to do this or should I buy one that is already done? Also how would you set up one with a coilover and a bypass shocks?
 
There should be some build threads here that document the installation of Cut & turned beams in the Prerunner section or in some of the ...Under Construction sections.

C&T beams do come with some handling tradeoffs because the pivot points are higher up in the chassis, which puts a greater lateral jacking moment on the suspension (also the track-width narrows a lot more when the suspension reaches full droop). This isn't much of a problem at high speed on dirt trail, but can have more severe stability implications if you're on a very steep or off-camber hillclimb or sidehill.
