Cruise control not working on 99 xlt

no power to fuses 3,4,7,8 ,24,28,and 33. Bad relay? Also found a relay panel under dash can't find it in the manuals that I have.

24 start circuit 28 also

Figured it out, cruise control cuout switch on brake Mc. With jumper on switch the pedal still cut off cc. Works in all functions. Can't figure a reason for the MC Cutout.
