I just installed a cruise control on my 2010 B4000. it was real easy. Bought an used leather steering wheel (came with cc switches) on Ebay for 50$, a cruise control servo from a 2003 Ranger also on Ebay for 40$.

Took half an hour to install those and to splice together the wires for the "deactivator switch".

Didn't have to change the airbag clockspring as there the same. Work like a charm and everything looks factory.:icon_thumby:

i did the same got it all from a ford explorer but i changed my column out so i could have tilt but we didn't have to splice a thing it was all plug and play except i had to modify the cruise control cable to the throttle because it wasn't the same but that was easy
