I really want to put 33s” on my 1991 Ranger XLT. It has a 2.5 inch lift and there’s 29s” on it now. Do yall think I could fit 33s without rubbing? And if not what could I do to fit them without cutting fenders? Thank yall!!

IMHO...

33's as is will be a no go.

A 2 or 3 inch body lift will get you there.

Yeah, need 4-5” to fit 33’s and 7-8” for 35’s without trimming fenders

Front bumper kinda gets in the way with 35’s and 7” of lift (5” suspension, 2” body on mine).

31’s will fit nicely with your current setup.

You also have to be mindful of your gears and engine power. My Choptop did ok with 4.10 gears and 33’s with a 2.9, but it really could have used more gear or more engine. The 2.9 with 4.10s and 35’s was no good, first through third pulled hard and it fell flat on it’s face in 4th. Overdrive was completely useless. A 4.0 fixed that but it still sometimes wants more power or gear. I’m thinking I’d like 4.56 gears and/or a little more power out of the motor. My 5.0 Ranger with 3.73 gears and 31’s was not happy. My 92 Ranger with a 4.0, 3.73 gears and 30” tires was happy.
