1, the stainless hoses I've used are not too expensive, the come in a kit and are flexible.
2, I simply use a remote oil filter kit to the thermal valve, then a loop to the cooler back to the thermal valve and finally back to the remote adapter.
3, here is a decent fan from Summit, it is no name brand but it moves enough air. A Flex-a-lite or other name brand will be good for 8-10 years, the cheapest work, just not as long.
4, I have had no problem buying replacement 4.0l automatic radiators. I go with a brand that I feel is trustworthy but have on occasion used the best looking unit from The ROCKAUTO.com.
