I took my Canadian stove out camping a couple weekends ago. Worked super great for heating up sloppy joe mix.

Also used it to fry up 3lbs of bacon in my equally old nickel plated cast iron skillet and make a few buckets of coffee (we were camping with a big group.) I think this is gonna be my go-to camping stove from now on.

I found this unused Coleman toaster at a local Sally Ann. Paid 3 bucks for it. It should work good in my RV on the propane stove.

I always liked when mom made toast on that thing in our pop-up camper.

I've always made my own from an old metal coffee can and a metal coat hanger. But I saw this and the price was "good enough". Its getting hard to find metal cans and coat hangers... And the homemade one only did one piece of toast at a time.

That's cool. I've always just made toast in a skillet when I'm camping... butter both sides and let it fry for a bit.

That's what I've been doing for the last 2 weeks, but it cuts into my time for cooking the real food...lack of skillets.

Probably shinier. I imagine the first use will burn most of the shiny off. In fact I'm going to burn the shiny off before I do toast. I dont want to chrome my bread....
