hey everyone, I recently bought a 94 4.0 5 speed 4x4 and I am not sure what is causing a clunk in the front end. it only happens when I straighten the wheel after turning left. it wont do it while stationary either only when I'm moving. I'm relatively green when it comes to working on cars I have a pretty good basic understanding and I've always done my own repairs but so far I haven't ran into this problem yet and not too sure where to start. any knowledge or advice will be greatly appreciated!

Give all the suspension/steering components a good wiggle with the truck sitting on the ground, then try again with that corner jacked up in the air. Try and wiggle everything with some leverage too.. big pry bar or the like. Wouldn't hurt to check the CV on that side while your at it.

I would put money on radius arm bushings

I just had an outer tie rod end fall off my 2011 2 wheel drive. Stupidly, I ignored the clunk until I needed a tow to the shop.

Had a similar problem with my 2004 Ford Ranger, in my case it was a cracked upper control arm bushing fwiw

Moving thisssss……
