Check engine Code P1131

Need some help determining what this is. A couple of days ago i changed out the converters on my Ranger. after i was done i cleared the check engine light
and went for a ride. All good until today and the ugly light came on again. So this is what i have now.

Lack of HO2S11 switch-Sens indicates lean.
