Has anyone tried putting 2005-2009 17”or 18” 5 spoke mustang wheels on there 92 or earlier ranger. I’m getting anywhere between 35-50 mm offsets.

50mm is about 2 inches.
you will need almost 2" spacers the keep the wheels where they are
without spacers they will go in, way in.

I figured they might be too deep. I bought the truck off my son. And right now I have these wheels on it. When it had stock springs on the front, they were rubbing on the front edge of the inside of the wheel well. So we put in the 1 inch lift springs. I want to take it back down to stock ride height and have the wheels clear. This company has not offer this wheel with the backspace that’ll work so I’m looking at finding some different wheels. The rear tire seemed to clear OK it’s just the fronts that rub.

So I have a 2019 Nissan Ultima with 215/60r16 wheels. The bolt pattern is the same so I took it off the car and put it on my truck. Right now I have the coil spring and the shock off so I can put a floor jack under it and go through range of motion with the I-beam. This is a stamped steel wheel. The backspace is 5 3/4 and the front space is 2 1/4. By my measurements and going through range of motion and turning the wheel left and right I measured I could actually go with 1 inch more of front space and a half inch more of backspace. A 17 inch diameter wheel would also work with the same offsets and I’m pretty sure an 18 inch would also work although it gets close to rubbing a power steering gearbox bolt on the front and could potentially maybe rub the plastic liner on the very inside corners at the back which could technically be a little trimmed if need be .
