Im a noob and have never changed spark plugs so I was wondering if there is a write up on changing the spark plugs and wires. Thanks

There's nothing much to it. Just do the job one plug and wire at a time and you should be good. I beleive to torque the plugs to 14ft/lbs (which is not very much, like barely a quarter turn with the wrench after the plug is seated to the head by hand). Wires... do them one at a time, just pull the old one off... put the new one on. Make sure you route the wires away from any moving parts and hot areas. Not much to it. Get a good set single tip plugs.... all of those crazy 3~4 tip plugs are a waste of $$$. Make sure you clean around the plugs before you remove them.... its just good practice so you dont get and grit in the cylinders. Also put some electrical contact grease on the wirings so yopu'll be able to pull them off without ruining them at your next plug change.

Pick up a Haynes book. They are PERFECT for this sort of stuff. Plus the inspection photos will be helpful.

All I'll add is to be SURE your socket is all the way on the spark plug before turning the wrench or you WILL break it.
