I was able to get access online through autozone, but thanks for the link!
And even better, I found my problem! The e brake cable on that size was seized on, so thats why everything was shifted and locking up. I just pulled it off the lever, so I have no e brake on that side but my regular brakes work at least. The e brake on just the one side is also sufficient to hold the vehicle so I can't drive away either.
