Can I tow with 1st gen ranger?

Yeah, manual rating is BS IMO, but it's the legal limit. I should probably swap in an automatic for my use. LOL

5r55E with custom controller and paddle shifters should be pretty fun.

Has anyone got any personal experience with a stage 1 or 2 clutch? I'm looking at SPEC clutches. I'm a class-A CDL holder and most of my vehicles have been manual. I like the thought of a longer lasting clutch with a firmer grip, even if the towing capacity remains the same.

I'd e-mail them and ask what the actual numbers are. If the claim has any basis they had to have tested somehow. Right?
