anyone ever use the adjustable cam sprocket on a stock valve train motor with a stock crank pulley? if so how was it any good? what were the power gains?
I answered this in the other Forum you posted, but, essentially, unless you are going to do some upgrades to the head such as add a racing cam and/or port and polish with bigger valves the cam sprocket will not be much use to you...
The sprocket itself just allows you to shift the power either towards the higher end or lower end depending on what way you set it...it does not add power to the engine at all...
