I would invest in a Miller sync wave 250 and alot of time. I'm not an offroad guy but I do love seeing others fab work. looks that some of your welds are flux wire and some are with a gas welder. Work on cleaning the rust more. you can see it in your welds. I use a little 110 mig welder gas and flux wire, I will weld some thicker metal with a 110 and I trust my welds. most of my welds had to be X rayed due to MSHA. If you preheat some metals it does get better penetration when heated. I use a syncwave 250dx, millermatic 251 and a cute little lincoln sp140. body work and exhaust ill use a little miller 140. Some welds do look good. I do like to put my products to the test and see if it fails and what failed then fix it. A good idea would be to put them on friends trucks and your own truck and beat the shit out of it.

nice way to jack it up lol i used 3 6x6 posts under where the front sway bar mounts to the frame if u kno what i mean haaha is spell check required lol cuz i cant spell at all and i dont really care lol as long as i cant get in trouble for miss spelled words and people can under stand

close to 0 bind just a lil at full droop dew to axle plunge but other than that they turned out great he like doubles my travel

You might as well through some 95+ Knuckles on there to except the dual piston caliper, or run D44 knuckles.

the duel piston calipers are i bel9ive going to be going on i just gotta dsouble3 check my avaulability. im 50/50 split on the 44 nuckles beacuse once you go 44 you cant go back

Now lets see how those radius arms fit. Also looks like your going to have to trim a bit off the spline on the D44 shaft you used. I bet if you lift up on the drive beam the passenger side drops down.

haha he knows but not really i have plenty of down travle im limited on my up travle beacuse of stock drop down brackets i pilled 19 on the driver side and 16 on the passenger i gotta post proof pix
