byrons "ranger#1" 4x4 long travel build up

well i want the business i wanna be soo dam busy i cant see straight

lol yea man so i you could build me a set of 4 inch lift turn beams and i could run 4 inch lift brackets correct? then what would i have to do about steering? would a large enough drop pitman arm work or would i need super runner steering? and what would a set of beams cost with radius arms?

Just a side note. Watch the amount of kick in you have on those arms. The ones I made I kicked in a bit and I have about 3/8" clearance around the yoke at the front diff.

when i "cut an turn" it elimates the need for dropbrackets = more ground clearence. stering can be left stock but a swinger or k style is recomended im going to lay out prices soon as i am trying to become a trs vendor

Not ment to disrespect but if your new to fabbing I suggest that you run and test your products before selling to the public. They may look good, but will they hold out?

Just saying because I have been there and got slammed numerous times. As it is right now my stuff has proven to be tuff and reliable. But then I have 10+ years designing and about 6 years building.

^^ i know but i want more than 4 inches of lift so 4 inch from the beams then 4 inch drop brackets give me 8 inches of lift is how i see it.

i wish i could get copykat to build me an skid drop brackets and radius arms but he wont

not tryan to steal buisness all credit to copykat but what did he quote u

Proper grammar and correct spelling will help you appear as a more legitimate and professional "business" as well.

I'll also agree with Joel. Testing and design validation are CRUCIAL for any product, especially off-road parts that you plan to sell. Will these be for off-road use only, or are you planning on getting them DOT approved?

it would be nice to have the d.o.t. seal on them but i will also have to work out the insurance bus as of now im not 100% conserned on them and who says thiss is my first set of radius arms :icon_thumby: sure this is my first designed set but i do work in a fab shop and i do work around heavy off road machines :icon_thumby:how about thiss if u think u can break them pay me the cost to build them and ship them and u can have at them :shok:

Pretty brave words for a product that hasn't even been driven on yet?

I would definitely listen to Joel's (CopyKat) advice, he's been there and done it before. (I'm running one of his prototype lift bracket kits)
My truck was a guinea pig for him, and I was glad to do it.
