Is that the one with the bolts through the center of the angle iron? or am i mistaken for another one? Seems like you weld pretty well melt something together.

no his look alright just the idea of just welding a pipe on to make it longer looks geto bad dezign not bad fab work

How else would you make "extended" radius arms without welding on a longer tube? :icon_confused:

:icon_rofl: You may 'earn' more respect if you'd use proper grammar and spell check from time to time.

Oh and actually BUILD something. Unless I've missed something, most of what I've seen so far has been welding some plate to an axle housing. Congratulations. Cardboard fab doesn't count either :thefinger:

While I wouldnt call what I did, "great fab work", the only part of my design Im not happy with is the frame mounts which I will re-do with an additional gusset on the bottom, more like plumcrazy's second design, things can never be too strong in a trail rig. theyve held up well so far but it would give me a little more peace of mind.....I drive the ranger to and from the trail. My design may very well be "ghetto" but its simple, dirt cheap and effective and has done what it was designed to do, increase suspension travel of the front end.

for my personal rig maby 1 to 2 degrees but im not running 8 inches of lift just about 4 inches

So they'll need to be angled down towards the frame mount approximately 3-4° in order to end up with an acceptable amount of positive caster? (+4-5°)
:icon_confused:

Notice how the top tube is nearly horizontal, and the mounting hole axis is tilted back?
