I'm currently swapping a 302 out of a 1971 bronco into my '84 Bronco II and I've ran into some issues. I bought the engine without an accessory drive and I can't find brackets/am unsure of what brackets will fit and line up. I'm also wondering if I can keep my original ps pump. Any advice or wisdom would be appreciated.

The Explorer and T bird brackets and pulleys are supposed to be the shortest set up. I used fox Mustang stuff and had to mount my radiator inside the core support which took some doing. Street rod suppliers like Speedway might have something, too, but it's apt to be expensive.

Junkyard, pull everything off the front of an Explorer 302. Not sure if the timing cover has to change or not, but brackets, crank pulley, water pump, etc all have to be changed. Use the Explorer power steering pump, you will have to get a custom pressure hose and make your own return line, they are better than your original power steering pump.

Or just start with an entire Explorer 5.0 because they were built to fit the tighter engine bay. Basic block is the same though
