So I just went from this...

a big change for me, but im excited about the ridiculous amount of money I will save. So my first question as a member of this forum is as follows: Do they make a leveling kit for a 2011 2WD Ranger? I talked to the parts department at the dealership and they are "looking into it". After a fairly short internet search I found results for 4WD's and 2010's....anyone have a link? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Oh yeah...what size A/T tires could I get away with after leveling without rub?

Apparently I dont know how to post a photo, i inserted a flickr link after hitting the "insert image" button. Can anyone else see the pictures? I cant...

Nope can't see them, should be able to hit the insert image button and copy/paste the link into the pop up box

As for the leveling kit, if you're able to find one for 2010's those will work. I'm pretty sure Ford didn't change all that much from 2010-2011

Oh, and welcome to the site!

To post pic's you have to host them on a site, such as flicker or photo bucket or facebook or something then right click the image go to the properties menu and copy the HTML address and put that in the picture box.

Welcome to the forum, And congrats on the new truck! Wish I could see it. I don't think a 4x4 and a 2wd will have the same leveling kits but an 08+ should work if they have them. And I would say the bigest you could go leveled would be either a 235 or a 31" tire.

Crank the torsion bars to level it out. It well be the cheapest way, all you have to pay for is an alignment. For tire size, on my 2010 I'm running 31s and thats without the front leveled.

That truck would have coils up front, not torsion bars.

Thats a pretty nice lookling little truck, definately a step down in size from your trade in Ha. I would stick with a 235 I think, it will give you better mileage, bigger selection of tires, cheaper, and alot more common as well.

Apparently its just the sport model that had T-Bars. Sorry. Can't wait to see the updates!

Yeah dave I believe you're right. Thanks for the info. So im a noob...best cheapest way to level this thing out would be back to the spacers??

You're welcome. I think the spacers are probably cheapest and easiest to level the truck. I have been thinking of doing that to my truck also. My truck is just like yours except it's a 2006.
