I had developed a rear wheel brake cylinder leak and I noticed the pedal traveling further and not stopping correctly and the ABS and BRAKE lights both were on. I assumed the lights were on because of low brake fluid. I replaced the cylinder and filled the master cylinder with brake fluid and blead the rear wheel where I did the work. Now the pedal still does not feel right (travels too far and spongy) and randomly the ABS and BRAKE lights still come on. Any ideas?

This should go in the Brakes forum, but let me give you a quick answer first...

You probably need to bleed the entire system if the master was drained...not likely that the rest of the system has leaks, but you may want to change the other wheel cylinder while you're doing this...they're fairly inexpensive...unless you have to start replacing lines and connectors...but worth the extra effort now so you don't have to do it later...also good to replace shoes on the rear since you got to pull it all apart anyways...and have those drums turned or replaced...

But bleeding the entire system might get you back on the road for now...
