I've had my eye on some Brake Dust Shields that fit between the hub and the wheel for vehicles with disc brakes, over on JC Whitney's website for some time. Don't like the brown shit that collects on my wheels thats a p.i.t.a. to clean off. :pissedoff: Can anyone recommend them? :dunno: Will these make my front brakes too hot in heavy applications? (lots of hills here in wv!)

the ones on my 93' ranger rotted completely off, i got new ones, and they work great, and they're not heavy at all

If it completely surrounds the rotor and cuts off air flow, it may well cause issues. Wash your truck more often so that it doesnt build up as much. And dont use "High performace" brake pads. High performance = lots of dust.
