Boogered up my right quarter panel yesterday :/

I guess they don't call them accidents for nothin.
I'm not certain what was up, or where was my van, but my sister was going to sell her her little AMC 2 door, not sure the model. Anyway I was home that week and took it for a weekend spin. Up in the hills to a cabin like restaurant and bar with a pool table and some of my kin was there and after they started heading home farther up in the hills I took off into town and out towards the turnpike to a place right there at the entrance to see who I bumped into out there, but coming through town and after leaving a stop (just a two lane blacktop highway) I opened it up a bit through the gears and just as it hit 3rd I heard a clunk and then it drifted off the road, to the right thankfully. The right front went into a ditch and the very convenient culvert there took off the wheel, but the back tires were wider and it rode up the side of the culvert and then went air bound.
I recall grabbing the rear view mirror about the time a telephone pole decided it wanted to play too, and when my rump hit the inside roof there was a lot of crumpled glass in the mix which left a permanent trophy scar on the left rear pocket of the company coveralls I was wearing.

I got the car towed the 60 miles home and the insurance paid her more than they were asking, but it really hurt the worst when her little girl said "Why did you do that to my Momma's car?" :/

Rolling your truck can be fun though.

When I accidentally rolled my dad's 91 Toyota and it finally stopped after the third roll, I remember sitting in it being held in the seat by the belt and asking my friend Jarrod, if he was OK. He said yes and asked if I was OK. I said yes and then that was kind of fun., except my dad was going to be mad. We both agreed it was fun, like a roller coaster ride.

Then someone came and knocked on the windshield and checked on us and said we were blocking the fast lane and the middle lane of the highway (we didn't know, the truck was on the driver side) so he and another guy were going to push it onto the wheels so we could get it out of the road (we were on the backside of an overpass so people might not see us till it was to late).

They tipped us over and I drove it off the roadway.

Fun, but not worth losing the truck. The frame was bent and everything was crunched up

Don't know whether to laugh, or cry.
I was, however, expecting the punch line to be, "Let's do it again!! :D "
