My a/c - heater blower motor cranks in all speeds and you can hear it change rpm as you change fan speeds with the controls. However I have very little air flow. I pulled the heater core and can look inside the heater box. The door to change from floor/panel/defrost works fine. The heater temp door and cable operate fine. I don't know if there is something caught inside blocking air flow? If there is I cannot figure out how to access the insides to look for blockages. Any tips or ideas?

Thanks,

I guess so? There is a little bit of air coming out the panel.

I've noticed the same thing with mine in my 84 B2 as well. It takes forever in the winter to heat up the cab since there isn't much air flow, doesn't matter if I have it on fresh air or recirculate, I get the same amount of air flow. However I've found if I drive faster on the fresh air setting I get more air flow LOL.

Is the blower motor running in the correct direction?

Winner!

Previous owner must have replaced the blower motor. I noticed a "MADE in CHINA" sticker and thought it must be a replacement. The wire spades were just pushed into the plug and in the incorrect locations. I flipped them and now the blower turns in the correct direction.

Thanks,
