Blend door symptom?

hello I am having problems with my air output on 07 ranger.been doing research but people are not describing this problem im having.air output is almost nonexistent.temp controls are fine.im getting air coming out my floor vents when ac is on max or defrost.is this being caused by blend door?also getting alot of condensation on main upper vents its cold just wish more air would come out.thanks
