Pulled the trigger on some Bilstein 7100s. Short bodies with 10” travel on the 4 corners and 255/70 valving.

Clearances look good with the exception of the passenger front brake hose. I’m afraid off road with full flex it would get caught under the reservoir. Considering either a longer brake hose or hose on the front reservoirs to mount them on the frame.

I will say it rides soooooo much better on the street based on my quick test run. I suspect they will work just fine off road as well.

I have a set of Bilsteins waiting to go in my F150. Right now it has the rancho adjustables w/ the leveling kit up front and the ride sucks. Glad to know you are happy with the results, hopefully I will be too.

Nice. I have 5100s in the front of my Explorer and stepside truck. Huge improvement over the Sachs & Skyjacker shocks that were in those... I can only imagine the 7100s will be even better.

The whatever cheeseball shocks that came with the leveling kit for my Ranger are actually not bad....and still better than the Ranchos. Idk if they just went downhill or what, but I remember the adjustable red shocks being badass back in the day, and now it seems they are junk.

I think they sold me the 5100's, pretty sure they will be a huge improvement. My current ride and tire wear sucks.
