Finished painting the first floor of our house and up the stairs and the hallway, a two week project because old northern houses have lots of intricate trim to paint and paint around, with an hour long interruption mentioned elsewhere to go pull out my wife's minivan that was stuck in the snow.

Then we decided to put the tree up after dinner, it's one with the lights already in it, and she liked my idea of putting the tree in the window but not decorating it. Meh, people going by outside will never notice it's not decorated. We're both too f'n tired and with the 'Rona out there no one is coming to visit anyway. Haven't put Christmas lights outside the house yet because I've been busy painting the inside and at this point I can't see bothering with it.

i don't mind decorating the tree but I hate taking it down and putting everything away
Its like digging thru a drawer trying to find something, tearing shit out isnt bad but putting it back sucks.
