Asking For Help on behalf of a friend.

Well guys, it's been a while. Life has been nuts and I don't have acess too the the net that often, but such is life.

Anyway, one of my roomates is planning a solo, self-contained, cross country bicycle trip in July 2011. He's riding from Seattle back to NH. His planned royte is across US-2 and Canada 17.

Are there any of my fellow TRSer's who could let him pitch a tent in their back yard and/or let him use a shower??

At the very least, keep an eye out for a cyclelist in trouble.

Smoke, I had you in mind and mentioned a guy near Bemidji who might be willing to help.

The crazy thing is that he's doing this at 62 years old!!!

the hwy 2 runs about 10 miles north of me. i'm about 20 miles outside Duluth, Mn. he'd be welcome here for sure. have about 170 acres so he can choose his tent site easily enough. just let me know.
